攀枝花公路建設有限公司成立于1954年3月，前身是四川省交通廳第二工程處。1964年9月，奉命參與攀枝花市三線建設。2004年進行國有企業改制，公司更名為攀枝花公路建設有限公司�，F注冊資本60111.77萬元，注冊地在攀枝花市，管理總部位于成都市。是國家公路建設從業信用A級企業，四川省從業信用AA級企業，省交通行業重點骨干企業。

Founded in March 1954, Panzhihua Highway Construction Co., Ltd. (Panlu Group for short) was originally the No.2 Engineering Division of Sichuan Provincial Department of Transportation. In September 1964, it participated in the Three-line Construction Campaign of Panzhihua under orders. In 2004, during the system reform of state-owned enterprises, it was renamed to Panzhihua Highway Construction Co., Ltd. it registered in Panzhihua City and owns the registered capital of RMB 601.1177 million Yuan. It is headquartered in Chengdu. It is a national highway construction unit with Grade A credit, a unit with Grade AA credit in Sichuan Province, and the key enterprise among the provincial highway industry.

攀路具有國家公路工程、市政公用工程、房屋建筑工程3個總承包一級；公路路面、路基、橋梁、地基基礎、防水防腐保溫、建筑裝修裝飾工程6個專業承包一級；隧道工程、城市及道路照明工程專業承包二級；礦山工程施工總承包三級，橋梁特種專業工程專業承包等資質，通過了ISO9001：2008質量管理體系、ISO14001：2004環境管理體系、GB/T28001-2011職業健康安全管理體系認證。主要從事公路、市政、房屋建筑、礦山、隧道、公路交通、水利水電等基礎設施建設工程的承包、施工、投資、經營、開發等業務。下屬10個全資或控股子公司，16個分公司，從業人員3600余人，工程技術人員800余人，專業工程機械設備800余臺(套），年施工能力60億元以上。

Panlu Group has the qualifications including 3 Level I general contractings for national highway/municipal works/housing construction, as well as 6 Level I professional contracting qualifications for highway pavement, subgrade, bridge, foundation, waterproofing and anticorrosion and thermal insulation, building decoration projects; It also has Level II professional contracting qualifications for tunnel, urban and road lighting projects; Level III qualification of mine project construction,special professional works for bridge, etc. It has passed certifications of ISO9001: 2008 quality management system, ISO14001: 2004 environment management system and GB/T28001-2011 occupational health safety management system. It has mainly engaged in the contracting, construction, investment, operation, development and other businesses for highways, municipal works, buildings, mine, tunnel, highway transportation, water conversancy and hydropower and other infrastructures. It has 10 wholly-owned subsidiaries, 16 branches, over 3,600 employees (including the temporary workers and migrant worker), over 800 engineering technicians and over 800 sets of professional construction equipment; and its annual construction capacity was over RMB 6 billion Yuan.

公司自成立以來，60余年專注基礎設施建設，參與了成渝、西攀、成雅、川九、納黔、達陜、巴達、仁沐新、國道317、549、省道318線等四川省大部分高速公路項目的建設。參與汾灌、寧杭、西漢、杭甬、濟洛、大運、吉懷、岑梧、丁青、保騰、曲嵩、甘臨、虎門二橋等全國重點公路橋梁工程施工；在索馬里(貝布公路）、伊拉克(阿達米亞大橋）、科威特(瓦夫拉市政）、盧旺達、安哥拉等地承接了大量的工程建設任務。共參與修建國內外公路里程兩千多公里，合同金額逾千億元。公路路面總施工里程一千八百多公里，施工技術領先省內同行；橋梁同步頂升、平移、加固國內領先。

In over 60 years since its establishment, Panlu has focused on the infrastructure construction, participated in the construction of most of expressway projects in Sichuan Province, e.g. Chengdu-Chongqing, Xichang-Panzhihua, Chengdu-Ya’an, Chuanzhusi-Jiuzhaigou, Naxi-Shiba, Dazhou-Shaanxi and Bazhong-Dazhou, Renshou-Muchuan-Xinshi, National Highway 317 and 549, Provincial Highway 318, etc. It has also participated in the construction of key highway and bridge projects in China, including Fenshui-Guanyun, Nanjing-Hangzhou, Hu County-Mian County, Jishou-Huaihua, Cenxi-Cangwu, Dingqing, Baoshan-Tengchon, Ganqimaodu-Linhe, No.2 Humen Bridge, etc.; it has undertook plenty of construction tasks in Somalia(Buloberlt Road), Iraq(Adamia Bridge), Kuwait(municipal project in Wafra), Rwanda and Angola, etc. participated in the construction of highways home and abroad over 2,000km in total, with the contract amount over RMB 100 billion Yuan. It had the total construction mileage of highway pavement more than 1,800km, and its construction technology is leading among the peers with Sichuan Province. And it leads the technologies in simultaneous lifting, parallel translating and strengthening of the bridges.

公司先后獲得國家交通部、人力資源和社會保障部、四川省人民政府、攀枝花市人民政府等授予的全國“守合同重信用企業”、全國交通系統先進集體等榮譽稱號；四川省重點建設先進單位、省級(最佳)文明單位等百余項。榮獲全國優質工程獎、詹天佑土木工程獎、十余次獲得四川省天府杯獎，7人次獲得省市級勞動模范、“五一”勞動獎章或特殊貢獻專家。

Panlu has successively won such honorary titles as “Enterprise of Observing Contract and Valuing Credit”, Advanced Collective of National Transportation System granted by the Ministry of Transport, Ministry of Human Resources and Social Security, Sichuan Provincial People’s Government and Panzhihua Municipal People’s Government, as well as more than 100 titles, such as Advanced Unit for Key Construction in Sichuan Province and Provincial (Best) Civilized Unit. It has also won the National Quality Engineering Award and Zhan Tianyou Civil Engineering Award, and got the Award of Tianfu Cup of Sichuan Province for over 10 times, and 7 persons (or by times) has won the honorary titles of Provincial and Municipal Model Worker, “May l” Labor Medal or Special Contribution Expert.
